Key Insight

RTM-S and RTM-C require the highest level of rFIMS and RSP capability — these are where the RTM framework truly differentiates from simple VLOS management. A working RTM-S scenario (e.g., organ delivery from an airport to a hospital through controlled airspace) is the compelling demonstration of what RTM enables.
